There is a territory outside.
And another within.

Conscious tourism journeys and retreats across Colombia: you walk the country and, at the same time, do the inner work that the landscape proposes.

How you travel

Five ways of travelling the same country

They are not different itineraries: they are different intentions. Each one can be taken to any of our territories, and it is the first thing we define with you before building the route.

Cultural exchange encounter with a local Colombian community

The fifth experience

Ancestral wisdom encounters

Immersion journeys into ancestral traditions and worldviews, with respectful contact with local communities and their spiritual practices. This is the experience where travel stops being landscape and becomes conversation.

This experience is run with the support of Alquimia del Alma, the inner-work branch of our house: the territory provides the context and the community provides the knowledge; Alquimia holds the process before, during and after.

  • Consent first. We enter where the community invites us, on their terms and on their calendar.
  • Direct benefit. Accommodation, food, guiding and crafts are contracted within the territory.
  • Exchange, not extraction. There are no catalogue ceremonies and no practices turned into attractions.
  • Small groups. The size is agreed with those who host, not with the seats on the bus.

Where

Eight territories of Colombia

Each one has its own character and its own inner work. We start with Huila because it is where we live: we walk it all year round and we know the people who host.

How we hold it

The Cúspide method

A transformative journey does not happen just by being in a beautiful place. It happens because someone prepares the ground beforehand, holds the process throughout and helps land it afterwards. These five steps follow an order.

  1. Conscious preparation

Accompaniment before the trip to define a clear intention and open the inner space where the experience will fit.

  2. Full presence

Daily practices along the route that sustain a state of conscious attention, instead of leaving it to the chance of the itinerary.

  3. Facilitated processes

Sessions led by professionals in holistic psychology, coaching and NLP at the moments when the journey opens something up.

  4. Integrative practices

Specific activities so that what you learn moves from the trip into everyday life instead of staying a memory.

  5. Sustainable community

Bonds that remain: among the participants and with the communities that hosted the group.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is conscious tourism?

It means travelling with a defined intention and with practices that sustain it: silence, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness or coaching support, depending on the experience chosen. The journey through the territory remains; what changes is that the trip is prepared beforehand, accompanied throughout and integrated afterwards.

Is Cúspide Travel a formally registered travel agency?

Yes. It is the travel line of Corporación Cúspide (tax ID 900.463.791-9), entered in the Colombian National Tourism Registry as a Travel and Tourism Agency (RNT 116670) and as a Tour Operator Agency (RNT 54818), with the Huila Chamber of Commerce. We work remotely from Colombia.

Do I need experience with meditation or retreats?

No. The five experiences are designed for people arriving for the first time. The preparation stage of the method exists precisely for that: the intention is defined and the practices are explained before departure.

What does it mean for an ancestral encounter to be respectful?

That the community decides whether it hosts, when and on what terms; that the group's spending stays in the territory (accommodation, food, guiding, crafts); that spiritual practices are not scheduled as catalogue attractions; and that the group size is agreed with those who host.

Can a tailor-made trip be arranged?

Yes. The five experiences are ways of travelling, not fixed packages: any of them can be taken to any of the eight territories, for a private group, a company or an individual trip. The starting point is a conversation about what you are looking for.

How is it related to Corporación Cúspide and to Alquimia del Alma?

Cúspide Travel is the travel line of Corporación Cúspide, the same house that runs the environmental observatories of Huila and has provided environmental consultancy since 2011. Alquimia del Alma is the inner-work line of the house, and it is the one that contributes the process work in the introspection experiences and in the ancestral encounters.
