Meditative Trekking
Meditative trekking turns the simple act of walking into a deep practice of presence. Unlike conventional hiking, where the focus is on reaching a destination, here the attention rests on the process itself: the sensation of each step, the rhythm of the breath, the sounds of the surroundings, the textures of the landscape.
Guided by experienced facilitators, you will learn specific techniques to synchronise breath with movement, keep your attention anchored in the present moment and use the challenges of the terrain as opportunities to deepen the practice. These walks are mostly done in silence, with strategic pauses for specific awareness exercises and moments of integration.
